The operation of PLM Crew is built on more than 21 years of professional experience, combining international tour logistics, project management, and human-centered leadership. Our teams are prepared not only for the road, but for the complex realities of live touring operations.

Professional leader of the driver team working on tours, with full operational decision-making authority in the management of international tour logistics. Authorized to make decisions on routes, scheduling and safety, and is responsible for the strategic planning of logistics processes and the sustainable management of capacities.

International Liaison
Posting Coordinator

Official international contact person for audit processes and administrative coordinator of secondments. Responsible for the preparation, follow-up and compliance with deadlines of documentation, ensuring transparent and regulation-compliant operation.

Ensures the continuous, secure, and uninterrupted operation of PLM Crew’s digital systems, so that the background infrastructure reliably supports operational decisions even during tours.
